My wife drove out of your showroom on Wednesday, 9 September 2020, in a bright green 2017 Jeep Renegade. However, I feel compelled to share with you our experience of your staff and the process of purchasing the vehicle.
On the 26th of August, after seeing an advert on Facebook for William Simpson Tokai, my wife and I were in the area and decided to come into your showroom just to have a look at what you had to offer. From the moment we walked in we were treated with respect and enthusiasm from everyone present, including the man that took our temperature and advised us to sanitize our hands.
We were then introduced to Andre, a man whose passion for cars is exceeded only by his dedication to customer service. He walked us through the cars on the showroom floor and, even after we insisted we were just looking around, continued to explain the details of Jeep's offerings patiently and in great detail.
He then encouraged us to take Renegade for a test drive after noting our particular interest in it. After the test drive Andre answered even more of our questions, giving us advice around the Jeep and many other tips for vehicle maintenance and care. We gave him our unrealistic targets in terms of financing and, instead of laughing us out of your building, promised that his colleague Michael would do his utmost.
I assume that Michael is a magician in his spare time, as he was able to secure us the exact financial terms that we proposed. Meeting with him was also a pleasure, with him even making sure that all the financial concepts and options were explained to us in a simple and interesting manner. Another individual that exhibited patience despite our many questions.
Finally, on the day that we came to collect the vehicle, EVERYONE on the floor greeted us with a smile and "congratulations!" leaving us feeling even more excited than when we arrived!
Overall, the staff complement at William Simpson Tokai is one that any manager should be proud to have and their overall demeanor and enthusiasm has left us with nothing but positive things to say to anyone who asks. Most importantly though, Andre and Michael took us from individuals who were "just having a look" to Jeep owners and new clients of William Simpson based purely on their passion and customer service.
I would like to once again thank them for everything they have done and wish them nothing but success for the future.

I contacted the staff at one of the other Cape Town Alfa dealerships. They suggested it could be one of 2 issues and gave me a date of the 20th May, with a view to assessing the problem, ordering a part from Italy and then calling me back to fit it. This would require a few trips back and forth to the dealership and would only resolve my problem by about mid-June.
