I just wanted to say thank you for all your help over the last week or so leading up to buying my Fiat.
It is small things like answering late night whatsapp questions and allowing me to take it for a drive on that morning last week that really sealed it for me. I have been on the lookout for a red Fiat 500S cabriolet for some months, after my wife bought one before Xmas 2016. I simply fell in love with hers.
Finally after various fruitless searches, I settled for a funky Tech Grey one. The past weekend I trawled the internet and saw a red one advertised by WSC. I sent an email and… pronto Monday, I received a call from a super-friendly Renny who listened to my story (‘I really, really wanted a red one!’) and he promised to sort me out.
He invited me to come around for coffee and chat. On arrival, I was greeted and made to feel absolutely at home by Renny who again promised to sort out my ‘problem’. Within minutes a deal was struck, a promise of the new red baby would be ready for pick-up Wednesday. Various phone calls by Renny followed, and sure as his promise, the beautiful red Fiat 500 was ready today (Wednesday) at 14h30… complete with big red bow and… flowers! Awesome, awesome! Nice one William Simpson Cars and Renny!

I recently test drove a 2010 Prado that you had on the floor. I very reluctantly decided not to take it in the end (wife said no) but the service I received from Rennie (I hope I spelt his name correctly) was definitely worth a mention. I am writing to inform you of the exceptional service I received from Jeep Newlands Workshop and in particular Kelly Pentolfe who managed to squeeze our urgent repair into the Newland’s workshop’s busy schedule to help get a new windscreen and headlight fitted so that we could leave for our holiday to Namibia on time. Kelly promptly ordered the parts and kept us informed every step of the way.

“I’m the proud owner of an Alfa Guilietta QV. Recently my boot would no longer open. While not being a critical component, the hassle was becoming particularly annoying. Especially as the “remote” release for the boot is located within the boot.
I contacted the staff at one of the other Cape Town Alfa dealerships. They suggested it could be one of 2 issues and gave me a date of the 20th May, with a view to assessing the problem, ordering a part from Italy and then calling me back to fit it. This would require a few trips back and forth to the dealership and would only resolve my problem by about mid-June.
Following this I decided to contact the new home of Alfa in the Southern Suburbs and spoke to Jan.
Not only was he very kind and efficient, he suggested I pop around whenever suited me, and he’ll have a look so as to order the appropriate part.
Needless to say, I decided to “pop around” immediately after work and Jan, diagnosed, ordered and amazingly concocted a temporary fix within about 15 minutes.
Absolutely fantastic service and with genuine geniality to boot.

Before I start and tell you about how amazing Matthew from Jeep Newlands is, I must tell you that I trained and have been a part of client service for more than 10 years now and nobody has impressed me more than Matthew- EVER!
Matthew and I met due to an error on your website. You advertised a vehicle for R26 900 and it was in fact R269 900. After this error was pointed out to me by Matthew, I was not impressed with you lot at all, as he said he was unable to sell the car to me at the price I saw. To date however, I have no idea how Matthew managed to sell me a Jeep- but he did! The selling part he was amazing at, good for you guys right?! But he isn’t only interested in the sale. Matthews after sale service is BETTER than his sales pitch. I bought my Jeep in February this year and Matthew and I are still in contact regularly. He always takes my calls and responds to my emails promptly. I even contact him after hours on his mobile phone and he never misses/rejects my calls. To say he has been helpful would be a gross understatement and would be selling what Matthew does way to short… He has been incredible, a member of staff Jeep cannot afford to lose. This man is really an asset to your company.
I would like to write so much more about this man because very honestly he deserves it along with all the praise I hope he gets after you read this. I have convinced my parents to purchase a Jeep now because of Matthew and they will be doing so soon. I am a “soft-seller” for Jeep now due to the legendary service of Matthew. I am very happy with my purchase, but I am even happier knowing that I have Matthew on my team, always ready to help when I need him.

Today I found out just how sharp the William Simpson pencil really is.
I arrived unannounced to enquire about a spare key for my van, which I bought as a demo model via the Newlands branch.
Keanan prepped me for a longish wait in order to get the blank key cut and coded. He offered me a courtesy car to visit the Blue Route Mall and was very apologetic about the anticipated delay to get it all done.
Not a problem, I was prepared to wait a while. I crossed the street to a nearby coffee shop, caught up with some emails on my phone. I was totally surprised to receive a call, in what felt like a very short space of time. My spare key was ready! No cost!
Keanan even managed to source my car radio's PIN, which was not entered on the owner's manual. Super!
Thank you to sales (Damon) and the workshop team for prepping my car for delivery and attending to all my requests, You all go highly recommended in my book.
